In Germany there is a regulation that a PV system may feed in a maximum of 70% of the nominal power. There are two methods of doing this. Method 1: It is regulated down to 70% by the utility. Method 2: The installer can set the 70% control in the inverter.
With many inverters these days, this control can be set both permanently and dynamically. For this you need the smart meter and a WiFi module, which can be ordered as accessories for the respective inverter.
